Review the product, packaging and artwork together before ordering.
01 · Check fit with the actual product
Confirm finished product dimensions before choosing the internal pack size and protective space. Test an actual product in the sample pack for access, closure, stacking and protection.
02 · Prepare complete artwork
Provide print-ready artwork, outlined fonts, color references and label languages. Mark barcode size, clear space and placement, and proofread the layout before approval.
03 · Separate setup and production costs
List printing setup, tooling, sample and unit packaging costs separately. Different colors, sizes and artwork versions may have separate minimum quantities.
04 · Agree the packing arrangement
Decide whether the product supplier packs the goods or packaging arrives separately for assembly. Agree spare quantities, delivery timing and handling of unused materials.
Keep these details together in one sourcing brief for supplier review and follow-up.
